TRAINING SERVICE AND PAYMENT: Terms and Conditions
All our training fees are payable in advance. The training fee includes all fees for registration, tuition and training materials. It does not include accommodation or materials required of you for your private study.
You may cancel your place on a training course, and receive a full refund, provided you notify us in writing no later than 20 working days before its start date. For later cancellations (including withdrawal after the course has started), or non-attendance, the full course fee will be charged and you shall not be entitled to any refund of training fees paid and/or will still be liable for any outstanding fees to be paid. Please ensure that your sponsor, where applicable, is aware of this. Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to: email@example.com.
Up to 20 working days before the start of a training course, you may transfer your booking to the same training course if offered at a later date or an alternative training course of the same fee with no administrative charge. Any difference in training fees will either be charged or refunded, as appropriate. Transfers to a training course with a higher fee than the original (either a different training course, or a future date where the training fee has been increased), will attract the higher fee.
All trainees are responsible for their personal and travelling expenses. No financial assistance from ASComT will be provided.
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in relation to training course materials remain the sole and exclusive property of ASComT.
Please note that, it is necessary for us to confirm, and for you to agree, that the booking you make relates to the training course dates as advertised. You should assume the course will run on the advertised dates subject to the following conditions:
1. ASComT may withdraw the training course on the specified dates if it is unexpectedly unable to provide the course of study for the dates specified, or where it determines that the number of trainees is insufficient to justify running the course. In such circumstances, a full refund of any course fees will be provided.
2. Our training courses are subject to continuing development and changed circumstances may necessitate cancellation or alteration to the training courses. We reserve the right to make variations if such action is considered necessary and in such circumstances will take all reasonable steps to minimise any resultant disruption, but we do not accept any liability arising out of or in connection with any such changes.
